⏰When making your booking, please ensure that you included enough time for setting up, and then cleaning the venue and packing away after your event. If your booking runs over, additional time may be charged at double the agreed hourly rate, with a minimum charge of one extra hour applied. We are sorry but if the Hall is not left in a reasonable condition, a charge of £20 per hour may also be applied to cover the additional cleaning required before the hall can be ready for other hirers.

🥳For certain functions or groups - such as bookings involving adult or teenage parties or the consumption of alcohol after 6pm – the Hall Management reserves the right to ask for an enhanced security deposit of £250. This deposit must be paid in full before the booking can be confirmed and it will be held against any repair costs for damages or additional time used beyond the booked hours. However if the event finishes on time with no damage, the deposit will be refunded in full.

💰Any amendments made after a booking has been completed may incur a £5 administration fee. This is to cover external charges applied by Stripe, our online payment provider.
